  • Can I bring a chair or blanket into the venue?
    Yes, standard beach or camping chairs are ok in General Admission. Chairs and blankets will be subject to search and will be designated to a certain viewing area.
  • Is the venue handicap accessible?
    ADA parking Limited Number available on a first come first serve basis. Law enforcement will be present to verify identification and placard properly match. If you need to drop off a member of your party for easier entry, please drop them off at the front entrance that is marked for Uber/Lyft. ADA Restrooms Accessible restrooms will be located on the festival grounds for our patrons with disabilities. ADA Viewing Area VIP Ticket Holders VIP-assigned seating is available for floor seats and tables. The ADA seats are marked on Ticketmaster. If you need assistance finding a seat, please email admin@murrietaamphitheater.com ADA Viewing Area General Admission For general admission ticket holders, a small reserved ADA viewing area will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Because space is limited, each disabled patron is allowed one guest to accompany them. Seating is not provided in this area, so guests should bring blankets or low-back lawn chairs.
  • What age needs a ticket?
    Ages 8 and under are free to general admission. VIP seating requires a ticket purchase regardless of age.
  • Can I smoke inside the venue?
    Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
  • What is the return or refund policy?
    There are no refunds allowed. Events will take place rain or shine.
  • What is the pet policy?
    Absolutely NO PETS of any kind are allowed at the festival. Per the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are permitted on the festival grounds. Please note that under the ADA Act emotional support animals are not considered to be service animals. Absolutely NO PETS of any kind are allowed at the festival. Service animals must be pre-registered to attend, must wear a “service vest” at all times while on the Festival grounds, and may never be handled by or tethered to a person other than their owner. Service animals must always be in “Full Stay” command position when not performing the service for which they are trained.
  • Can I bring in outside food and beverages?
    No outside food or beverages are allowed under any circumstances. Our festival provides an option for everyone’s dietary restrictions. If you have a specific request, please let us know in advance so that we can communicate this to our food vendors in a timely manner. Your wristband allows you to come in and out of the festival – you may choose to leave the premises to enjoy food more to your liking.
  • Will tickets be available at the festival?
    Yes, you can visit our will call booth at the front entrance to purchase general admission tickets day of the show. VIP assigned seating is only available on Ticketmaster.
